In what felt like a long search in finding the right home for us Martin, Toni and the team at Acquire Mortgages were always there for any help and advice when needed. Nothing but good things to say about Acquire Mortgages, and in particular Martin Turner and Toni Franklin. Martin is an advisor who actually listens, gives you the best advice/options available, but is flexible and will listen to any concerns that you might have, and will help you come to best option for your personal situation. As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. Martin Turner and his team (Aquire Mortgages) was so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities. And also helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us. As the process of finding the right house was very stressful, the process of choosing and applying for the mortgage and life cover has been so straight forward. I was recommended Acquire Mortgages from a close friend as I need to remortgage in a few months time. I contacted Martin and had an initial discussion around my circumstances. I was impressed, as Martin listened closely and kept an open mind to all possibilities what with the interest rates very high currently. We moved quickly and during the process, Martin found a better rate with similar terms without me asking. I also worked with Toni for documentation and the lower level stuff. I now have a mortgage offer and if rates move we can open discussions on another deal. Very happy with the speed, communication and listening closely to what my requirements are. Great communication from start to finish. Martin and the team at acquire went beyond theirselves to give me all the information I required. Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions I needed answering and they were always willing to help. An added bonus is that they keep you on record and contact you 6 months before your mortgage renewal is due
